为确定纵轴式掘进机的纵向振动特性,提高机器工作的可靠性,利用多体动力学理论,建立了掘进机的多刚体动力学模型,分析并确定了截割头载荷,建立了相应的数学模型。利用计算机数值仿真研究液压系统的阻尼、截割头与机体的刚度和质量变化对机器振动的影响,获得了截割头、悬臂、机体的几何中心3个测试点纵向的振动特征。
In order to determine the longitudinal vibration characteristics of longitudinal boring machine and improve the reliability of the machine, the multi-body dynamics model of boring machine is established by using multi-body dynamics theory, the cutting head load is analyzed and determined, and the corresponding mathematical model. The influence of the damping of the hydraulic system, the rigidity and mass change of the cutting head and the body on the vibration of the machine was studied by computer numerical simulation. The longitudinal vibration characteristics of the three test points of the cutting head, the cantilever and the geometric center of the body were obtained.
