目的探讨不同对比剂注射速率对外周肺动脉显示的差异,从而提高对外周肺动脉的显示率。方法40例胸部CT增强扫描的患者随机分为2组(每组各20例),分别以3ml/s和5ml/s的速率注入90ml对比剂(300mgI/ml),测量肺动脉亚段水平的CT值,并采用记分法评分5、6级肺动脉的显示情况。结果2组4级肺动脉显示良好,在4级肺动脉的平均CT值分别为(262.15±56.86)HU和(350.29±85.74)HU,二者相差88HU且有统计学意义(t=17.537,P<0.05);A、B2组5级肺动脉显示平均积分分别为15.98±6.93,17.18±7.45(Z=-2.672,P=0.024<0.05),6级肺动脉显示平均积分分别为21.73±9.78,25.93±11.92(Z=-2.974,P=0.003<0.05)且有统计学意义。结论增大对比剂注射速率将显著提高外周肺动脉的密度,同时有助于4级及其以下肺动脉更好地显示,可为研究外周肺动脉本身及相关疾病引发肺动脉改变提供较清晰的影像学资料。
Objective To investigate the difference of contrast medium injection rate on peripheral pulmonary artery, so as to improve the display rate of peripheral pulmonary artery. Methods Forty cases of thoracic CT enhancement scan were randomly divided into 2 groups (20 cases in each group), 90ml contrast agent (300mgI / ml) was infused at the rate of 3ml / s and 5ml / Value, and score scoring 5,6 pulmonary arteries show. Results The grade 4 pulmonary arteries showed good results. The average CT values of the grade 4 pulmonary arteries were (262.15 ± 56.86) HU and (350.29 ± 85.74) HU, respectively, with a difference of 88HU (t = 17.537, P <0.05 ). The grade 5 pulmonary arteries in group A and B2 showed mean integrals of 15.98 ± 6.93 and 17.18 ± 7.45, respectively (Z = -2.672, P = 0.024 <0.05). The grade 6 pulmonary arteries showed mean integrals of 21.73 ± 9.78 and 25.93 ± 11.92, respectively Z = -2.974, P = 0.003 <0.05) with statistical significance. CONCLUSION: Increasing the injection rate of contrast medium will significantly increase the density of peripheral pulmonary artery and help to better display the pulmonary artery at the 4th grade and below. It can provide clear imaging data for studying the pulmonary artery change caused by peripheral pulmonary artery itself and related diseases.
