CT-guided percutaneous puncture is a relatively mature technique and has a wide range of applications in clinical practice. CT cross-section has a good spatial resolution and density resolution, which can accurately show the size of the lesion, the location and internal conditions, the anatomy of the lesion and the surrounding structures, etc. These features make CT-guided puncture with high accuracy. However, the percutaneous puncture technique under the guidance of conventional CT is also obviously flawed. It can not directly observe the condition of the needle. It is necessary to estimate the depth of the needle and the direction of the needle after confirming the needle point. After the needle is inserted, it is necessary to scan again to confirm the puncture.
