本文简要报告用高灵敏度的膨胀计测定了苯乙烯在环已烷中的辐射聚合速度,得到表征聚合速率的ΔR—t曲线(ΔR为膨胀计毛细管部分的铂丝电阻随时间t的变化值)(图1)。根据实验结果,以苯乙烯辐射本体聚合时(m=1)每单位时间的转化率C_0为基准,求出苯乙烯——环已烷混合体系每单位时间的辐射聚合转化率C与C_0之比C/C_0。不同m值(苯乙烯在混合体系中的克分子数)时的C/C_0值示于图2中。聚合速率的绝对值(W)可按下式求得:
This paper briefly reports the rate of polymerization of styrene in cyclohexane using a highly sensitive dilatometer to obtain a ΔR-t curve characterizing the rate of polymerization (ΔR is the value of the platinum resistance in the capillary portion of the dilatometer over time t) (figure 1). According to the experimental results, the radiation polymerization conversion ratio C and C_0 of the styrene-cyclohexane mixed system per unit time was calculated on the basis of the conversion rate C_0 per unit time of styrene radiation bulk polymerization (m = 1) C / C_0. The C / C 0 values for different values of m (the number of moles of styrene in the mixed system) are shown in FIG. 2. The absolute value of the polymerization rate (W) can be obtained as follows:
