高致病性禽流感正在给人类带来严重威胁 纵观人类历史上每一次流感的大流行,都与禽流感病毒有着密切的联系。人类历史上最大一次的流感是1918—1919年的西班牙流感,导致全世界2000多万人死亡,是第一次世界大战死亡人数的两倍。此次流行的H1N1毒株基因组的8个片段均来源于禽流感病毒,此病毒突破宿主种间屏障先传递给猪,在猪体内进行基因重组后传递给人,再在人群中传播。1968年人的“香港流感”毒株为H3N2,1969年
