我厂于1965年开始了不锈钢焊缝的x射线探伤工作,几年来初步取得了一些成效。我厂的主要产品是离心机。它具有高速、耐腐蚀等性能,技术要求较高。转鼓是离心机的主件之一,系用1Cr18Ni9Ti板材焊接而成,要求焊缝必须进行X射线探伤,并列入了工艺文件。根据X射线的特性,结合1Cr18Ni9Ti材料的金相组织情况,我们作了具体分析与研究。经过反复试验,终于找到了不锈钢焊缝X射线探伤的曝光条件,基本上解决了对不锈钢焊缝X射线探伤的问题。
Our factory began the x-ray inspection of stainless steel welds in 1965 and has achieved some initial results in recent years. The main product of our factory is a centrifuge. It has high speed, corrosion resistance and other technical requirements. The drum is one of the main parts of the centrifuge, which is welded with 1Cr18Ni9Ti plates. It is required that the weld must be X-rayed and listed in the process file. According to the characteristics of X-rays, combined with the metallographic structure of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, we made specific analysis and research. After repeated tests, the exposure conditions of X-ray inspection of stainless steel welds were finally found, and the problem of X-ray inspection of stainless steel welds was basically solved.
