用放射配基结合分析法测定正常和烫伤后6、12、48小时大鼠肝组织α_1受体,同时用放免和化学法分别测定了膜内第二信使cAMP和磷脂酶A_2活性,观察和分析了这些指标的动态变化和相对关系,认为烫伤后外周肝组织α_1受体功能活跃,应激反应对膜磷脂酶A_2的抑制可能对维持肝细胞膜的稳定和功能有一定意义。
Radioligand binding assay was used to determine the α 1 receptor in liver of normal and scalded rats at 6, 12, and 48 hours. The activities of cAMP and phospholipase A 2 in mesangium were measured by radioimmunoassay and chemiluminescence assay respectively. The dynamic changes of these indexes and the relative relationship between them suggest that post-scald peripheral hepatic α 1 receptor activity is active. The inhibition of membrane phospholipase A 2 by stress may be of significance to maintain the stability and function of liver cell membrane.
