常规钻井液由于密度较大 ,已经不适合在诸如火成岩和碳酸盐岩等地层压力系数小于 1的低压油藏的开发中应用。针对胜利油田低压地层用常规钻井液在钻井过程中常发生井漏和不利于油层保护的问题 ,开展了低密度充 (氮 )气钻井液的研究。室内确定了充 (氮 )气多元醇防塌钻井液体系配方为 :(1%~ 2 % )MMH +(2 %~ 3% )PPG 1+(2 %~ 3.5 % )SMP +(0 .4 %~ 0 .6 % )PAM +辅助处理剂。对该钻井液进行了性能评价 ,试验结果表明 ,该钻井液防塌、抑制性能好 ,抗温 ,抗油污染 ,具有很好的保护油气层效果。同时介绍了充 (氮 )气钻井液相关配套技术的研究情况。现场 11口井的应用结果表明 ,该项技术为解决低压钻井井漏及油层保护问题提供了新的行之有效方法。
Conventional drilling fluids, due to their large density, are not suitable for use in the development of low pressure reservoirs with formation pressure factors less than 1 such as igneous and carbonate rocks. Aiming at the problem that the conventional drilling fluid in Shengli Oilfield low pressure stratum often leaks during drilling and is not conducive to reservoir protection, a research on low density charge nitrogen drilling fluid has been carried out. The formula of the anti-collapse drilling fluid system for filling (nitrogen) gas in the laboratory was determined as follows: MMH + (2% -3%) PPG 1+ (2% -3.5%) SMP + % ~ 0 .6%) PAM + adjuvant. The drilling fluid performance evaluation, the test results show that the drilling fluid anti-collapse, inhibition of performance, resistance to temperature, oil pollution, with good protection of the reservoir effect. At the same time, it introduces the research situation of related technology of filling (nitrogen) gas drilling fluid. The application results of 11 wells in the field show that this technology provides a new effective method to solve the low-pressure drilling well leakage and reservoir protection problems.
