职业教育是助民、惠民、富民的重要基石。加快发展现代职业教育,是保就业、惠民生、打造经济升级版的重要举措,是让人人成为有用之才、共享人生出彩机会、创造更大人才红利的有效途径。作为我国最大的回族聚居区,宁夏将发展职业教育上升为一项事关民族地区经济发展、民生改善的重要战略,高度重视、全力推进,基本建立起了与自治区经济社会发展相适应的职业教育发展体系,找到了自己的发展路径。
