用户反馈在新产品开发活动中至关重要。然而关于用户反馈的研究中,大部分只关注了用户反馈的数量和打分分值对于开发者绩效的影响,而很少有研究考虑反馈文本内容本身对于开发者价值创造的意义。本研究以Firefox平台中的应用为研究对象,对用户反馈文本内容与开发者价值创造活动之间的关系进行了实证分析。研究发现,用户反馈既可以通过降低开发者和用户之间产品特性的信息不对称对开发者的价值创造产生直接的正向影响,也可以通过降低开发者和用户之间的用户需求信息的不对称对其产生间接的影响。该研究既丰富了用户反馈领域的研究,也为开发者的新产品开发活动提供了一些实践指导。
User feedback is crucial in new product development activities. However, most of the researches on user feedback focus on the influence of user feedback and scoring scores on developer performance. Few studies consider the meaning of feedback text content itself for developer value creation. This research uses the application in Firefox platform as the research object, and empirically analyzes the relationship between user feedback text content and developer value creation activities. The research shows that user feedback can have a direct positive impact on developers’ value creation by reducing the information asymmetry between product characteristics of developers and users, and can also reduce developer’s value creation by reducing the user’s demand information between developers and users Symmetry has an indirect effect on it. The research not only enriches the research on user feedback field, but also provides some practical guidance for developers’ new product development activities.
