随着开发的深入,垦西油田K71断块油井综合含水不断上升,井筒管杆偏磨日益加剧,同时油井地层产出液矿化度高、含硫高、氯离子含量高,对杆管泵腐蚀性强。通过对K71断块油井井筒偏磨腐蚀状况调查研究分析,结合生产实际提出了从源头进行治理,采取套管加药防腐治理工艺等相应的综合配套防治技术,取得了良好的防偏磨腐蚀效果,也为今后的偏磨腐蚀治理提供了参考。 With the deepening of development, comprehensive water cut in well K71 of Kuixi Oilfield is increasing continuously, and partial eccentricity of wellbore pipe rod is aggravated.
