中国古典舞的外部姿态推动力主要是呼吸,同时对于体验呼吸流动形态更加重视。呼吸练气是中国古典舞入门的基础,腆、含、移、靠、冲、沉、提等,都是其最基本的动作韵律,其气息训练都是通过呼吸完成的。因此,呼吸的时候也应当是从身体中间开始,逐渐贯穿到指尖。呼吸规律的运用和呼吸与动作的关系,在大多数古典舞当中,都得到了体现。
The external gesture motivation of Chinese classical dance is mainly breathe, meanwhile paying more attention to experiencing respiratory flow patterns. Breathing practice is the foundation of Chinese classical dance. The most basic rhythm of movement is the rhythmic movement of rhythm, movement, recuperation, rushing, sinking, lifting and so on. The breath training is accomplished through breathing. Therefore, when breathing should also start from the middle of the body, gradually through the fingertips. The use of breathing patterns and the relationship between breathing and movement have been reflected in most classical dances.
