阐述了一种制备酰胺盐的方法,同时利用所制备的酰胺盐来制备透明聚酰胺。利用生物发酵制得的奇数碳二元酸(十三烷二酸)与4,4’-二氨基二环己基甲烷(PACM)进行成盐反应,所制备的酰胺盐的产率达95%以上。利用合成的酰胺盐制备出一种在可见光波长范围(390~760 nm)内高透明度的聚酰胺PACM13,该聚酰胺透光率在90%左右。通过对透明聚酰胺进行热力学测试,测得该材料的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为125℃,分解温度400℃以上。
A method for preparing an amide salt is described, and at the same time, a transparent polyamide is prepared using the prepared amide salt. The yield of amide salt was over 95% using salt-forming reaction of odd-numbered carbon dicarboxylic acid (tridecanedioic acid) and 4,4’-diaminodicyclohexylmethane (PACM) . Polyamide PACM13 with high transparency in the visible light wavelength range (390 ~ 760 nm) was prepared by using synthetic amide salt. The transmittance of this polyamide was about 90%. Through the thermodynamic test of transparent polyamide, the glass transition temperature (Tg) of this material is 125 ℃ and the decomposition temperature is above 400 ℃.
