中国企业强化社会责任既是应对国际竞争、融入国际市场的需要,也是提高竞争力和发展质量的需要。建立了企业社会责任动因-战略-绩效模型,构建了企业社会责任层次结构,认为企业社会责任的履行具有发展性,并指出中国企业应从企业家精神、制度建设和观念建设这3个方面推进社会责任建设。
Chinese enterprises to strengthen social responsibility is not only the response to international competition, the need to integrate into the international market, but also improve the competitiveness and quality of development needs. Established the motivation-strategy-performance model of corporate social responsibility, constructed the hierarchy of corporate social responsibility, considered the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility as developmental, and pointed out that Chinese enterprises should advance the society from three aspects: entrepreneurship, system construction and concept construction Responsibility building.
