青春拥抱梦想,奋斗成就精彩,青年是企业的希望,是油田发展的未来。在新时期新阶段,随着全球政治、经济、文化等各方面的日益交流融合以及我国社会经济结构发生广泛而深刻变化,青年员工的思想也发生了巨大新的变化,特别是青年员工在思想观念、价值取向和行为方式等方面都呈现出一些新的特点。作为一名石油科研单位政工干部,笔者就石油企业科研院所开展青年工作谈一些自己的看法。
