目的:探讨在内科护理管理中,开展无缝隙护理管理的措施和价值。方法:选取2016年4~12月的内科住院患者110例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组55例。对照组患者住院期间进行常规的护理管理,观察组患者住院期间则采用无缝隙护理管理。对两组患者的平均住院时间、满意度进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者的平均住院时间明显低于对照组,满意度则明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:将无缝隙护理管理应用于内科护理中,能明显缩短住院时间,并能显著提高患者对医疗服务的满意度。无缝隙护理管理在内科护理中的应用,促进了临床疗效的提高,有助于建立良好和谐的护患关系。
Objective: To explore the measures and value of seamless nursing management in medical nursing management. Methods: A total of 110 hospitalized inpatients from April to December in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group underwent routine nursing care during hospitalization while patients in the observation group were treated with seamless care during hospitalization. The average length of stay and satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared. Results: The average hospital stay in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, but the satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of seamless nursing management in medical nursing can significantly shorten the hospitalization time and significantly improve patient satisfaction with medical services. The application of seamless nursing management in internal medicine nursing promotes the improvement of clinical efficacy and helps to establish a good and harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
