作为性能十分优异的高温热结构材料和制动摩擦材料,C/C-SiC炭陶复合材料广泛应用于多个领域。从RMI法制备C/C-SiC复合材料的反应机理、工艺过程及对材料性能的影响等方面进行了综述。介绍了C/C-SiC复合材料基体改性研究的进展。对RMI工艺方法今后的发展方向及研究重点进行了展望。
As a very high performance thermal structural material and brake friction material, C / C-SiC carbon ceramic composite materials are widely used in many fields. The reaction mechanism, process and influence on the material properties of C / C-SiC composites prepared by RMI method were reviewed. The progress of research on modification of C / C-SiC composite matrix was introduced. The future development direction and research focus of RMI process are prospected.
