目的:综合分析产妇及人流术后使用倍恩母暖宫宝对促进子宫复旧(Involution of uterus)的有效性,为治疗子宫复旧患者提供科学的数据参考.方法:选取在我院妇产科门诊2016年1月~2016年10月收治的102例子宫复旧患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组,每组51例.对照组应用棉质腹带促进方法,实验组应用倍恩母暖宫宝促进方法.采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析两组患者产后恶露结束时间、子宫收缩疼痛评分、产妇每日宫底高度下降、产后泌乳时间、产后24h内阴道出血量等参数指标值.结果:实验组产后恶露结束时间、产后泌乳时间远远短于对照组(P<0.05),实验组产后24h内阴道出血量与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在d 1、d 4产妇产后宫底高度下降比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组d 2、d 3产妇产后宫底高度下降高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组子宫收缩疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:产妇及人流术后使用倍恩母暖宫宝对促进子宫复旧患者的有效性比较高.
OBJECTIVE: To comprehensively analyze the effectiveness of using Bei Nuo Nuo Gong Bao in promoting the uterus involution of uterus after maternal and abortion, and to provide scientific data for the treatment of patients with uterine involution.Methods: From January 2016 to October 2016, 102 cases of uterine involution were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to admission sequence, with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given the method of promoting cotton abdomen, Benevolence warm palace Gongbao methods.Statistical analysis using SPSS20.0 statistical software for postoperative patients with postpartum lochia end time, uterine contraction pain score, maternal daily bottom of the palace decreased, postpartum lactation time, 24 hours after delivery, vaginal bleeding Volume and other parameters were measured.Results: The end of postpartum lochia, postpartum lactation time was much shorter in experimental group than in control group (P <0.05), while the amount of vaginal bleeding in experimental group within 24 hours after delivery was not significantly different from that in control group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the d 1 and d 4 maternal postpartum heights (P> 0.05). The d 2 and d 3 maternal postpartum heights in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group <0.05), experimental group received uterus (P <0.05) .Conclusion: The use of Bei Nu Fu Jing Gong Bao after maternal and abortion is more effective in promoting uterine involution.
