由中国工程建设标准化协会下达的国家推荐性标准“钢纤维混凝土设计施工规程”,由大连理工大学、哈尔滨建工学院,西安空军工程学院、铁科院、东南大学、浙江水科所等十家高等院校、科研院所组成的编制组,经三年通力合作编制完成,经全国混凝土结构标准技术委员会审查通过,于1992年6月由中国工程建设标准化协会批准实施,代号 CECS38:92。 The national recommended standard “Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete Design and Construction Regulations” issued by China Association of Construction Standardization consists of 10 such as Dalian University of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Xi’an Air Force Engineering College, Iron ASTRI, Southeast University, Zhejiang Water Science Institute, etc. Colleges and universities, research institutes composed of the preparation group, after three years of co-operation prepared by the National Concrete Structure Standard Technical Committee reviewed and approved in June 1992 by the China Construction Standardization Association approved the implementation of code-named CECS38: 92.
