在室内采用点滴法测定了几种杀虫剂和增效剂以不同比例混配对粘虫3龄幼虫的毒力及其增效作用。结果表明,3种供试药剂单用时对粘虫的毒力从大到小的顺序为辛硫磷>丁硫克百威>双甲脒,其LD50值分别为每虫0.0196,0.0264和1.222μg;丁硫克百威分别与辛硫磷(1∶4)、双甲脒(1∶1)及增效剂PB(1∶1和1∶4)混用,辛硫磷分别与双甲脒(1∶1)和PB(1∶1)混配对粘虫均表现出较高的增效作用,其共毒系数分别为143.7、158.38、148.00、137.57、231.52、143.16和151.86。
The toxicity and synergistic effects of several insecticides and synergists mixed with different proportions on the 3rd instar larvae of armyworm were determined indoors by using the drip method. The results showed that the order of the toxicity of the three tested agents to armyworm was phoxim> carbosulfan> amitraz with the LD50 values of 0.0196,0 per insect, respectively. 0264 and 1.222μg, respectively.
