聚合物的结晶特性对其力学性能有着重要影响,采用X射线衍射对芳纶及对位芳纶纸基材料的结晶特性进行了研究。研究表明:对位芳纶短切纤维的结晶度高于沉析纤维,经湿法成纸后,随着热压温度的上升,纸张结晶度上升;当热压温度为220℃时,纸张结晶度为82%,抗张强度增大;而热压温度达240℃时,结晶度又有所下降,表现在纸张局部发脆,力学性能降低。
The crystallization of polymer has an important influence on its mechanical properties. The crystallization characteristics of aramid and para-aramid paper based on X-ray diffraction were studied. The results show that the crystallinity of the para-aramid chopped fiber is higher than that of the fibrid. After the paper is wet-formed, the crystallinity of the paper increases with the increase of the hot-pressing temperature. When the hot-pressing temperature is 220 ℃, Degree of 82%, tensile strength increases; and hot pressing temperature of 240 ℃, the crystallinity has declined, the performance of the paper locally brittle, mechanical properties decreased.
