Data support. Methods The SCL-90, SDS, SAS and other scales were used to perform cluster sampling tests on the technical and soldier groups in a certain “three defenses” medical rescue detachment within one month of the implementation of the Expo. The results were compared with those of the military norm And compare the differences of demographic data to explore the factors that affect mental health. Results The score of SCL-90 in technical group and soldier group was significantly better than that of military normal group, and the technical group was better than that of soldiers group (P <0.01). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the soldiers’ psychological status, educational level and team closely related. Soldier group anxiety, depression level higher than the technical group. Conclusion The mental state of the “three defenses” medical rescue workers in the early stage of World Expo security is relatively good. Different tasks have a greater impact on the mental health of the technical group and the soldier group, suggesting that targeted psychological intervention should be carried out.
