目的探讨新生儿食物不耐受的临床表现,观察应用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散新生儿食物不耐受的治疗效果。方法研究对象为2011年8月至2012年8月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院新生儿科收治的25例住院期间出现腹胀、腹泻,排除肠道感染、抗生素相关性腹泻、喂养不当及外科情况,做血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体水平测定阳性,临床诊断食物不耐受患儿,随机分为酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗组及对照观察组,治疗组应用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散,观察治疗效果。结果应用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗组腹胀、腹泻持续时间明显较对照组缩短,缩短患儿液体治疗及住院时间。结论食物不耐受与IgG相关,是一种复杂的变态反应性疾病,被认为是可重复出现的,对特定食物或食物成分产生的不良反应。可以引起各系统产生慢性症状,其中以胃肠道、皮肤与泌尿系统症状为主。酪酸梭菌二联活菌散通过补充肠道有益菌,增强肠道屏障功能,减少食物特异性IgG抗体与食物颗粒分子形成免疫复合物,从而改善食物不耐受症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations of food intolerance in newborns and to observe the therapeutic effect of Clostridium butyricum combined with live births and neonates with food intolerance. Methods The subjects were abdominal distension, diarrhea, intestinal infections, antibiotic-related diarrhea, improper feeding and surgical conditions during the hospitalization of 25 neonates admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital, Zhengzhou University from August 2011 to August 2012. Results The duration of bloating and diarrhea in Clostridium butyricum combined with live bacteria powder treatment group was shorter than that in control group, shortening the liquid therapy and hospital stay in children. Conclusions Food intolerance is associated with IgG and is a complex allergic disease that is thought to be reproducible and has adverse effects on specific foods or food components. Can cause chronic symptoms of each system, including gastrointestinal, skin and urinary symptoms. Clostridium butyricum inactivation improves the symptoms of food intoxication by supplementing beneficial bacteria in the intestine, enhancing the barrier function of the gut, and reducing the formation of immune complexes by food-specific IgG antibodies and food particle molecules.
