目的:提取五味子不同部位的五味子乙素并测定含量,找到最佳的提取方法并探讨五味子药物资源问题。方法:使用正交试验方法提取五味子不同部位(根系、茎蔓、叶片、果实)中的五味子乙素,用高效液相色谱对提取液进行含量测定。结果:按正交试验测得根系的五味子乙素含量范围为10.935 g/kg~16.354 g/kg,茎蔓的五味子乙素含量范围为0.876 g/kg~3.124 g/kg,叶片的五味子乙素含量范围为0.974 g/kg~1.321 g/kg,果实的五味子乙素含量范围为8.772 g/kg~9.709 g/kg。结论:影响五味子乙素提取率的4个因素的主次顺序在五味子根、茎、叶、果实中表现并不一致。使用同一种方法对五味子根、茎、叶和果实进行提取,发现五味子乙素的含量由高到低的顺序为根>果实>茎>叶。叶片是五味子乙素的第一生产车间,通过茎向果实和根系输送。五味子根系是五味子乙素含量最高的部位,具有开发价值。
OBJECTIVE: To extract schisandrin B from different parts of Schisandra chinensis and to determine its content, to find the best extraction method and to explore the Schisandra drug resource problem. Methods: The schisandrin B in different parts of Schisandra chinensis (root, stem, leaf and fruit) was extracted by orthogonal test. The content of the extract was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: According to orthogonal test, the content of Schisandrin B in root system ranged from 10.935 g / kg to 16.354 g / kg, and the content of Schisandrin B in stem and root ranged from 0.876 g / kg to 3.124 g / kg. The content of Schisandrin B in fruit ranged from 8.772 g / kg to 9.709 g / kg in the range of 0.974 g / kg to 1.321 g / kg. Conclusion: The main order of the four factors that affect the extraction rate of Schisandrin B is not consistent in the roots, stems, leaves and fruits of Schisandra chinensis. Using the same method to extract the roots, stems, leaves and fruits of Schisandra chinensis, it was found that the content of Schisandrin B was root> fruit> stem> leaf in descending order. The leaves are the first production plant of Schisandrin B, transported to the fruits and roots through stems. Schisandra root is the highest content of schisandrin B site, with the development value.
