本文报道对钩吻(Gelsemium elegans Benth.)的生药学研究结果,包括植物形态、生药性状,显微鉴别特征以及理化试验等。同时对其活性成分生物碱的分布作了研究,表明植物体各部分均有分布,其中以根皮的含量最高,达1.5~2.2%。依据全植物的水分、灰分和浸出物的含量,可作为生药质量检定的指标。此外,还比较了钩吻和北美钩吻的根、茎组织特征,显微结晶和萤光试验,提供了可资鉴别的依据。
This article reports on the results of the pharmacogenetic study of Gelsemium elegans Benth., including plant morphology, crude drug properties, microscopic identification characteristics, and physical and chemical tests. At the same time, the distribution of alkaloids in the active ingredients was studied, which showed that all parts of the plant were distributed, and the content of root bark was the highest, reaching 1.5-2.2%. According to the water, ash and leachate content of the whole plant, it can be used as an indicator for quality assessment of crude drugs. In addition, the characteristics of the roots and stems, the microscopic crystallization and the fluorescence test of hook-knocks and North American hook-knobs were also compared to provide a basis for identification.
