本文以我校初中生为研究对象,在我校校本课程背景下按照《体质健康标准》的测试统计的数据为依据,采用实验、统计法和文献资料法,从我校初中生的身体形态、身体机能和体能状况三项指标进行统计分析研究,通过实践数据研究发现我校初中生体质健康状况中存在的不足之处,再结合我校校本课程具体情况,提出有效的建议,为我校的体育教学和校本课程改革提供一些理论依据。
