目的综述近年来傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱法在药学领域的应用进展。方法根据29篇相关文献,对傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱仪的基本构造、基本工作原理、主要技术参数及其在药学研究领域中的应用进行了简要综述。结果该质谱法在小分子化合物精确分子量测定、中药复杂体系化学成分分析、蛋白质组学和代谢组学中已取得了较为广泛的应用。结论傅立叶变换离子回旋共振质谱法因其独特的设计、超高的分辨率和质量准确度,适用于药学研究领域。
Objective To summarize the application progress of Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry in the field of pharmacy in recent years. Methods Based on 29 related literatures, the basic structure, basic working principle, main technical parameters and application of Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer in pharmaceutical field were briefly reviewed. Results The mass spectrometry has been widely used in the determination of the accurate molecular weight of small molecule compounds, the chemical composition analysis of complex Chinese medicine systems, proteomics and metabolomics. Conclusion Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry is suitable for the field of pharmacy because of its unique design, super high resolution and mass accuracy.
