随着我国人口老龄化步伐的不断加快,怎样“养老”已成为当今社会的突出话题,而“文化养老”则是近几年来才引起人们认真关注的新课题。“文化养老”是相对于“物质养老”或“待遇养老”而言的,是政府、社会或家庭在为老年人解决物质赡养、生活照料基础上,保障老年人的基本文化权益,使老年人精神生活更加丰富多彩、身心更加健康的养老方式。那么,作为离退休老干部活动服务机构的当地老干中心,如何认真落实各种“文化养老”应对措施,为众多离退休人员营造一个良好的精神生活环境,使广大老干部共享美好的晚年文化生活,发挥出公共服务主阵地作用呢?笔者就此命题,以宝安区老干活动中心为例,作详细论述。
