On September 30, 2011, Songliao Committee organized the progress report on the compilation of soil and water conservation planning for Songliao River Basin. Soil and Water Conservation Office, Songliao River Basin Soil and Water Conservation Monitoring Center Station leaders and staff attended the meeting. Wang Fuqing, deputy director of Songliao Committee, inspector Wu Longfu attended the meeting and put forward requirements for the planning of the next stage. The planning team introduced the national plan of soil and water conservation planning, the achievements of the first and second level of soil and water conservation and the method of the third-level zoning in the country, and introduced the northeastern part of Songliao River Basin
