目的 :探讨附睾肿瘤的声像表现 ,提高对附睾肿瘤的诊断率。方法 :应用高频超声结合CDFI对 14例附睾肿瘤进行检查 ,全部病例均经手术病理证实。结果 :超声对病灶的检出率为 10 0 % ,诊断符合率为 88% ,良性占 92 .8% (13/14 ) ,恶性占 7.1% (1/14 ) ,附睾肿瘤大部分位于附睾尾部 ,占 71% (10 /14 )。良性附睾肿瘤超声表现为低、高或囊实性回声 ,边界清 ,CDFI未显示血流信号 ,恶性附睾肿瘤超声表现为实性非均质性回声 ,边界不清 ,侵犯睾丸及周围组织 ,CDFI显示动静脉血流信号。结论 :超声检查无创伤 ,图像清晰、直观 ,诊断准确率较高 ,可作为附睾肿瘤检查的首选方法。
Objective: To explore the sonography of epididymal tumor and improve the diagnosis rate of epididymal tumor. Methods: Fourteen cases of epididymal tumors were examined by high frequency ultrasound combined with CDFI. All cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results: The detection rate of ultrasound on the lesion was 10%, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 88%, the benign rate was 92.8% (13/14), and the malignant rate was 7.1% (1/14). Most of the epididymal tumors were located in the tail of the epididymis , Accounting for 71% (10/14). Benign epididymal tumors showed low, high or cystic echogenicity with clear border, CDFI showed no blood flow signals, malignant epididymal tumors showed solid heterogeneity of ultrasound, the border is unclear, invade testes and surrounding tissue, CDFI Display arteriovenous blood flow signal. Conclusion: Ultrasonography has no trauma, clear images and intuition, and high diagnostic accuracy. It can be used as the preferred method of epididymal tumor examination.
