Objective To investigate the clinical effects of insulin pump and noradrenaline on the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A random sample of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to February 2016 was enrolled in the study. Eighty patients were divided into 40 cases A group, insulin pump treatment) and 40 cases (B group, subcutaneous injection therapy), compared the treatment status of two groups of patients. Results The Hb A1c, C-P2h, C-P, PBG2h and FBG index were not significantly different between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05). Comparing the incidence of hypoglycemia, the time of reaching the standard of glycemic control and the amount of insulin used in the two groups, the data in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Insulin pump and subcutaneous injection, the effect is basically the same, but the way of insulin pump blood glucose can achieve faster compliance, and will reduce the amount of insulin, can be more stable and faster control of blood sugar, which is the treatment of type 2 diabetes A preferred way.
