Objective To reduce the pain of pregnant women during induced abortion and prevent the occurrence of complications of induced abortion. Methods Observation and control groups were set up. In the observation group, lidocaine and atropine sulfate were injected into the cervix preoperatively to observe intraoperative and postoperative reactions in pregnant women. The control group did not use any drugs. Results In the observation group, the intraoperative pain in the pregnant women was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). No abortion syndrome, uterine perforation and leakage were observed in the observation group, and the intraoperative bleeding was also less. The preoperative and postoperative pulse changes There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The postoperative pulse rate in the control group was significantly lower than that before operation (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in preoperative and postoperative blood pressure between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion This method is simple and safe, can effectively alleviate the pain of induced abortion in pregnant women and prevent the occurrence of complications of induced abortion.
