目的：提高精索内静脉高位结扎术的治疗效果，减少手术并发症。方法：反麦氏（ＭｃＢｕｒｎｅｙ）切口经腹膜后进行左精索内静脉高位结扎术。结果：治疗左侧精索静脉曲张２５０例，术后１年未见精索静脉曲张复发，精子密度以及精子活动率较术前明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．００５）。结论：该方法简便、创伤小、并发症少，是治疗精索静脉曲张不育症的有效方法。
Objective: To improve the effect of high ligation of spermatic vein ligation and reduce the complications of surgery. Methods: Anti-McBurney incision retroperitoneal ligation of the left spermatic vein ligation. Results: There were 250 cases of varicocele on the left. No recurrence of varicocele was observed at one year after operation. The sperm density and sperm motility were significantly improved (P <0.05, P <0.005). Conclusion: The method is simple, less trauma and less complications, it is an effective method to treat varicocele infertility.
