面对互联网强势的压力、央视省级电视台的竞争、自身明显的劣势,城市电视台的生存空间确实逼仄,转型迫在眉睫。针对十堰电视台目前的情况和已有的变革,在“互联网+”背景下,可以进行多方面转型。首先,除了目前现有的网络电视台网站、微博、微信宣传之外,还可以开发十堰电视台专属手机客户端,提供文字、图片、视频等形式多样的新闻,以服务市民生活为主,增加路况、缴费等其他项目,让APP成为城市生活的移动入口。其次,以“内容为王”为宗旨,充分利用当地的政务、人脉、乡情等资源优势,多生产制作“接地气”的优质电视节目,并利用新媒体平台进行传播、分享和评论。最后,电视台要敢于跨界经营,搭建不同行业合作的平台,开展会员收费等活动,拓宽收入来源渠道。
