2014年9月23日,高集成电源管理、AC/DC、固态照明和蓝牙智能无线技术提供商Dialog半导体有限公司发布iW671同步整流器,用于为移动设备打造小巧、功率更高的电源适配器。iW671使用一个更加高效的MOSFET替代传统电源中的次级侧Schottky二极管,并与Dialog的iW1786或iW1787初级侧控制器配合使用,所达效率超过88%。同时,强劲有力的小型适配器可满足更高的功率密度需求,而且不会超过温度限值。
September 23, 2014 Dialog Semiconductor Co., Ltd., a provider of high-integrated power management, AC / DC, solid-state lighting and Bluetooth smart wireless technologies, unveiled the iW671 synchronous rectifier to create compact and power-efficient power adapters for mobile devices. The iW671 replaces the secondary side Schottky diode in traditional power supplies with a more efficient MOSFET and works with Dialog’s iW1786 or iW1787 primary side controllers for over 88% efficiency. At the same time, the powerful compact adapter meets the higher power densities without exceeding temperature limits.
