基于有限差分软件,对湖南沅水特大桥主梁0#、1#块施工托架进行了空间受力分析,获得了其应力分布特点,指出其薄弱环节。并结合施工监测结果,对托架结构的安全与稳定性进行了评价。研究结果表明:托架系统的牛腿根部、贝雷梁、腹板和横隔板处的脚手架受力最为不利,同时由于施工方法的局限性,施工过程中易出现应力不均匀、局部应力和变形过大等问题,因此托架安装过程中,应尽量保证托架各组成部分的平整度,消除施工过程中的不均匀受力;0#、1#段截面高度较大时,混凝土应分期浇筑,以减小托架系统承受的后浇注混凝土质量和托架的弹性变形、模板系的非弹性变形;同时在保证托架系统承载力的情况下,应尽量减少1期和2期混凝土浇筑的时间间隔,以减少混凝土的收缩徐变差,确保结构质量。
