该文针对科技人才培养的特点,着眼于企业战略,以科技人才成长规律研究为依托,通过梳理科技人才岗位群,建立科技人才能力提升的通道,提出基于通用能力系统化培养和关键任务加速培养方法的ASK模型,系统规划科技人才培养路径,搭建科技人才岗位学习地图,明确科技人才能力提升规划路径和学习路径图,促进科技人才职业发展与能力提升,加速科技人才成长。
