传动系统对电动汽车的性能影响重大,直接关系到电动汽车的动力性和经济性。针对某两挡变速器电动汽车传动系统的结构特点,将传动系统视为刚体系统,建立了3自由度动力学仿真模型,并使用Matlab进行仿真,得到了传动系统的响应特性。其结果为传动部件的匹配和机电控制方法的制定提供了依据。
The transmission system has a significant impact on the performance of electric vehicles, which is directly related to the dynamism and economy of electric vehicles. Aiming at the structural characteristics of transmission system of a two-speed transmission electric vehicle, the transmission system is considered as a rigid body system. A three-degree-of-freedom dynamics simulation model is established and simulated by Matlab. The response characteristics of the transmission system are obtained. The result provides the basis for the matching of transmission components and the formulation of the electromechanical control method.
