影响混凝土结构开裂的因素是复杂的,不是简单的混凝土配合比问题或施工中的养护问题,而是涉及到设计、材料、施工,甚至建设主管部门的综合问题。本文主要从以下两个方面进行探讨:一是施工中温度与收缩裂缝产生的原因分析及其防治措施。二是施工中由于荷载变化引起的裂缝原因分析及防治措施。针对裂缝的成因,采取相应的措施预防有害裂缝的产生。实践证明,只要各施工人员紧密配合,采取科学的控制措施就可能取得良好的抗裂效果。
The factors that affect the cracking of concrete structures are complicated, not simply the problem of concrete mix ratio or the maintenance problems in construction, but involve the comprehensive problems of design, materials, construction and even the construction department. This article mainly from the following two aspects to explore: First, the construction temperature and shrinkage cracks in the causes of analysis and prevention measures. The second is due to load changes caused by cracks in the construction and prevention and control measures. In response to the causes of cracks, take appropriate measures to prevent the occurrence of harmful cracks. Practice has proved that as long as the close cooperation of construction workers, to take scientific control measures may achieve good anti-cracking effect.
