许多人认为:电子商务,无非就是采购一些计算机及网络设备嘛,甚至于采购了一些所谓电子商务的解决方案。企业在进行这些设备及软件的投资时所抱的期望都是非常大的,然而能够真正运行成功的企业却很少,更何谈因之盈利。其实,问题的关键在于一个成功的电子商务模式不仅仅包含硬件及软件的投资,企业还必须了解电子商务的交易模式,并且要考虑从最终客户的角度来重新设计作业流程。
Many people think: E-commerce is nothing more than buying some computers and network equipment, and even purchasing some so-called e-commerce solutions. The expectations that businesses make when investing in these devices and software are enormous, yet few can actually make a difference, let alone profit. In fact, the crux of the problem is that a successful e-business model involves not only hardware and software investments, but also the business model of e-commerce transactions and the need to consider redesigning the workflow from the perspective of the end customer.
