通过调研大量城市旧楼,对城市旧楼的建成年代、结构类型、产权归属的现状进行了归类与分析,并据此整理出城市旧房所存在的共性问题。同时剖析旧楼问题产生的根源及旧楼解危面临的困境,对旧楼改造措施提出建议,通过对实例分析论证了措施的可操作性。 By investigating a large number of old buildings in urban areas, this paper classifies and analyzes the status quo of the old buildings, the types of structures and the ownership of property rights in the old buildings and summarizes the common problems existing in urban old houses. At the same time, it analyzes the root causes of the old buildings and the dilemmas faced by the old buildings, puts forward suggestions on the measures for the renovation of the old buildings, and demonstrates the feasibility of the measures by analyzing the examples.
