本文探讨了薄层色谱法(TLC)测定聚氯乙烯(PVC)制品中二丁基锡化合物(DBT)和甲苯磷酸酯(TCP)的快速分析方法。该法步骤如下:PVC用四氢呋喃溶解,加入乙醇后析出聚合物,过滤、蒸干,用KOH水解后作DBT和TCP分析。DBT用丙酮-乙酸(100:1)及苏木精进行展开和显色,TCP用苯及碘进行展开和显色。检出限:二氯二丁基锡为50ng、TCP为250ng。本法比规定的纸色谱和气相色谱法
This article explores the rapid analytical method for the determination of dibutyltin (DBT) and tolyl phosphate (TCP) in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The steps of the method are as follows: PVC is dissolved in tetrahydrofuran, the polymer is precipitated by adding ethanol, filtered, evaporated to dryness, and hydrolyzed with KOH for DBT and TCP analysis. DBT was developed and developed with acetone-acetic acid (100: 1) and hematoxylin, and TCP was developed and developed with benzene and iodine. Detection limit: dichlorobisbutyltin 50ng, TCP 250ng.
