目的 分析脑梗死疾病特点,评价延续护理干预对提升患者自护能力?生活质量方面的价值?方法 选择我院2020年6月至2021年2月收治的脑梗死患者120例,依据随机法分为对照组(60例,采用常规护理)和观察组(60例,采用常规护理+ 延续护理干预),比较两组患者的自护能力与生活质量状况,以自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评估脑梗死患者的自护能力,以生活质量量表(GQOL-74)评估脑梗死患者的生活质量?结果 观察组患者干预后自我概念?自护知识?自护动机?自护技能评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者干预后“,”Objective To analyze the characteristics of cerebral infarction and evaluate the value of continuous nursing intervention in improving the self-care ability and quality of life of patients.Methods We selected 120patients with cerebral infarction from June2020to February2021 in our hospital.According to the random method,the patients were divided into control group(60cases,routine nursing)and observation group(60cases,routine nursing + continuous nursing intervention)for nursing,and comparing the self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups.The exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)was used to evaluate the self-care ability of patients with cerebral infarction.The quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction by evaluated Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74.Results The observation group had self-concept,self-care knowledge,self-care motivation,self-care skills scores were signi?cantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.The physical function,mental function,social function,and material life scores of the observation group after intervention were signi?cantly higher than those of the control group,P0.05);after 1 week and2weeks of treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was signi?cantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),especially The difference between the groups was more signi?cant after2weeks of treatment(P0.05);after nursing,the HAMD score and SAS score decreased in both groups,and the improvement of the experimental group was signi?cantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing can improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction,improve nerve damage,negative psychological emotions,thereby promoting the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients.
