定点定面关系反映的是固定边界内各站点不同历时的年最大降雨量,与同一起讫时间内面雨量之间的折算系数。通过计算出该折算系数,可以间接的根据点暴雨资料推求流域或者区域内的面雨量,进而推求设计洪水。本文选择黄山市作为分析范围,分为3个流域研究定点定面折算系数,为设计洪水计算提供参考依据。
The relationship between fixed-point and fixed-face reflects the annual maximum rainfall of different stations within a fixed boundary and the conversion coefficient between surface rainfall within the same starting and ending time. By calculating the conversion factor, it is possible to deduce the surface rainfall in the river basin or area indirectly based on the point rainstorm data, and then infer the design flood. This paper chooses Huangshan City as the analysis scope and divides it into three watersheds to study the fixed-point fixed-face conversion coefficient, which provides reference for the design flood calculation.
