Through the organic carbon, n-alkanes, biomarkers and kerogen infrared scanning, elemental composition and carbon isotope analysis of biotite-type stratigraphic, arcuate and microbial oolite in Xuanlong Iron Mine, combined with the geological background data, Microbial fossils and other geological markers to explore the role of organic matter in the formation of iron ore. Research shows that there is evidence that organisms can participate in iron precipitation from an organic geochemical point of view
