In Bolani’s vision of a “two-way movement,” “social” self-defense is the system imposed on markets that are themselves “self-regulating.” This article points out several key issues that the current “trend of the times” must address in organizing and ideologically challenging the globalization of hegemonism. This article cites the failure of neoliberalism as a reference for the possibility of “globalization of anti-hegemonism.” It outlines a new political regulation that maximizes democratization for the reformist actions organized and implemented around the world. The global world - its primary goal is the equal development of human capabilities and environmental protection.
