眼球受机械性外力打击时,前房压力骤然升高,房水冲击周围组织,使虹膜与睫状体组织撕裂,血管破裂出血,形成前房积血。出血可在前房内形成凝血块阻塞前房角及瞳孔而继发青光眼;出血长期不吸收加上眼压升高可造成角膜内皮功能障碍,导致角膜血染,影响视力。现将笔者治疗前房出血45例的技术总结如下:
