包钢(集团)公司白云鄂博铁矿共有28台国产SF3102型108t电动轮自卸车,经过十几年的运行,车辆逐渐老化,其关键部件——轮马达由于行星轮座孔磨损严重,致使3个行星轮与太阳轮啮合错位,更换总成或返厂修理约需100万元,且周期较长。该矿采用精确配修法对多台轮马达进行了现场修复,效果较好。
