张家界市拥有丰富的旅游资源,国家地质公园占38%的市域面积,在国家主体功能区规划中,全市域纳入武陵山生物多样性和水土保持功能区,是武陵山片区区域发展和扶贫攻坚规划重要组成部分,是国家旅游综合改革试点城市。如何落实国家层面的三个发展要求,张家界市的突破口就是搞好市域顶层设计,以国家公园发展模式促生态文明建设,对武陵山区统筹生物多样性保护和区域发展起示范作用。
Zhangjiajie City has rich tourism resources. The National Geopark occupies 38% of the urban area. In the planning of the country’s main functional areas, the city incorporates Wuling Mountain biodiversity and water and soil conservation functional areas, which are the key areas for Wuling Mountain Area’s development and poverty alleviation. An important part of the national tourism reform pilot cities. How to implement the three development requirements at the national level, the breakthrough of Zhangjiajie City is to do a top-level design in the urban area, promote the construction of ecological civilization with the national park development model, and play an exemplary role in the overall biodiversity conservation and regional development in Wuling Mountain.
