【目的】 了解快速神经学甄别测验 (quickneurologcalscreeningtest,QNST)对学习障碍 (learningdisabili ties ,LD)儿童检查的意义 ,探讨LD的神经心理功能特点。 【方法】 用QNST对 2 3例LD儿童进行检查并和 42名学习正常儿童比较 ,同时用威尔克斯λ法 (Wilks’lambda)对LD儿童和学习正常儿童的 15项测验分数进行逐步判别分析。 【结果】 LD组QNST总体分数高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,分测验以声音形式、分辨左右、眼跟踪、手技、跟 尖步、指鼻测验、行为观察、手颊刺激、跳跃等 9项测验指标分数增高。其中行为观察、声音形式、跟 尖步是三项最敏感的测验 (λ =0 .43 9,P <0 .0 0 1)。 【结论】 LD儿童可能存在听知觉、知觉辨别、视觉运动协调、精细运动等方面的神经心理缺陷。
【Objective】 To understand the significance of quickneurologcalscreeningtest (QNST) in children with learning disability ties (LD) and explore the neuropsychological features of LD. [Methods] Twenty-three LD children were examined by QNST and compared with 42 normal children, and 15 tests scores of LD children and normal children were discriminated progressively by Wilks lambda analysis. 【Results】 The overall score of QNST in LD group was higher than that in control group (P <0.01). The scores of the QNST in LD group were lower than those of the control group , Jumping and other 9 test scores increased. Among them, behavioral observation, sound form, and stepping were the three most sensitive tests (λ = 0.43 9, P <0.001). 【Conclusion】 LD children may have neuropsychological defects such as auditory sense, perception discrimination, visual motor coordination and fine motor.
